Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@commonparks.com. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your request to be processed by our team. You will have 30 days from the time you received your order to contact us to initiate a return and refund.

We will provide you with further instructions regarding your return, and the amount to be refunded. Refunds can only be credited back to the same payment method used for your purchase.

Please note that you must show proof of purchase (e.g. the order number or confirmation email). To be eligible for a return the item must be in its original packaging and also be in a new condition.
