When will my order be shipped out?

When you place your order, our initial processing period is 24-72 hours. Standard shipping may take between 3-8 business days after your order has been processed. 

Please note that there may be a processing delay during the holiday season.

Where's my order? Can I track my order?

Once you place your order, we will email you an email confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a separate email notification with the tracking information. You can sign up for email tracking notifications to the tracking page. 

Do you offer Express Shipping?

We are only able to offer express shipping on some items certain locations; this option will be made available to you if this is the case at checkout. 

Please note that the availability of express shipping may vary during different times of the year.

Where are Common Parks products made?

We pride ourselves in making as much as possible in the US. 100% of our products are printed, embroidered and finished in the US and our t-shirts are assembled in Nicaragua, Mexico, Honduras or the US at WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) certified factories, ensuring a safe, legal and ethical manufacturing process throughout. Accurate and transparent manufacturing information will always be available on our product pages.

Our supply chain strictly adheres to (and always exceeds) the standards set forth by the Fair Labor Association (FLA), securing ethical working conditions at every single step of the manufacturing process. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

I would like to return an item and request a refund

Please email us at support@commonparks.com with your refund request within 30 days of receiving your order. Please allow for up to 1-3 business days for us to process your request. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your purchase. Please note that we can only issue refunds to the original payment method; we cannot issue refunds to any other credit cards or payment method other than the one used to make the original purchase. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging and in a new condition. For more information, please visit our Returns & Refunds page.

I need to change or cancel my order

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee any cancellations or make modifications after an order as been placed; however please reach out to us at support@commonparks.com and we will do our best to assist.

Do you ship internationally?

We regret that we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
